  • Will these Sanitro Urinal Urine Absorbent & Deodorizer Mats attach to a carpet? I would like to use them under a bedside commode to help protect my carpet from splashes

    That's an excellent idea! The Urine Mats do have an adhesive strip underneath that will help hold it down on carpeting. You can also just use some duct tape if you need additional reinforcement. FYI, another product that helps with urine splashes is Smelleze Urine Solidifier & Deodorizer Mat. It's an excellent urine absorbent but it's not as sturdy as the urinal mat and not designed for heavy weight and walking. But it's good as an absorbent mat on beds, chairs, bedside, ect. and places that won't be walked on.

  • Do you clean these Sanitro toilet mats or let them 'fill up'

    The only thing you have to do it lay them down and the Sanitro mats will do the rest. They will absorb urine splatter and eliminate the odor for 6-8 weeks or more. There is no need to clean. Just dispose when the mat is saturated.
