SHIPPING

How long will it take to get my order? 

Most orders ship out same day (if received before 1pm EST), Monday through Friday. We can ship anywhere in the continental US within just 4-5 business days. We expedited shipping options available upon checkout, but if you have any questions, please call us at 888-866-6367 or email info@noodor.com. 

 

Expedited Shipping 

Next Day – Orders for Next Day Delivery that are received before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day and deliver the next business day.  Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Orders received after 1pm EST on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.  If you need Saturday delivery, please call us at 888-252-6567.

2nd Day – Orders for Second Day Delivery that are received before 1pm EST, will ship the same day and deliver in 2 business days.  Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Orders received after 1pm on Wednesday will not be delivered until Monday. Orders received after 1pm on    Thursday will not be delivered until Tuesday. If you need Saturday delivery, please call us at 888-252-6567.

 

Missing Packages

Any missing packages must be reported within 7 days of the packaged being confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. If the missing package has not been reported within 7 days, we will be unable to assist you.

 

Tracking shows my package is delivered but I can’t find it – what do I do?

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the carrier for missing or stolen packages. We are unable to send replacements or provide refunds, and we are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

 

Wrong Address

If a customer reports that they put the wrong shipping information in the shipping address field, they are responsible for retrieving the package or placing a new order with the correct address. We will not reship the package.

 

RETURNS

If you need to return items for any reason, please email us first at imtek@noodor.com to receive your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and return instructions. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Please submit your invoice and reason for return in your email. Any product returned without prior approval will not be processed, refunded or exchanged since we will not have any way to track the return. We will not accept any responsibility for items returned without an approved and valid RGA number from NoOdor.com.

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping/freight charges. All returned products must be in their original packaging, resalable condition and include a copy of the original receipt. If USED products are returned because they are claimed to be defective or damaged, NoOdor.com reserves the right to test them to verify the claims before issuing credit.

Returns made after more than 30 days from date of purchase will only be accepted at the sole discretion of NoOdor.com and may be subjected to a 35% restocking fee if they are accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds or exchanges may not be possible without your invoice if we cannot track your order.
