The Smelleze® Animal Waste Deodorizer Granules are a natural deodorizer that can be used to eliminate noxious and unpleasant animal waste odors instead of merely masking them with fragrances and to prevent pollution. It works through a process of absorption, adsorption and cation exchange. Smelleze® is negatively charged whereas odoriferous gases ride on positively charged particles. As a result, Smelleze® draws in animal waste odors like a strong magnet. Thereafter, it traps, neutralizes, and encapsulates the odors without smelly cover-ups. Furthermore, it traps cations like ammonium ions and toxic heavy metals by selective ion exchange thus preventing pollution from runoff. Directions

This product may also be placed in an open top container adjacent to odors to adsorb them. Use at least 4 pounds for every 400 square feet.

Provided it is not exposed to hazardous or toxic substances, used Smelleze® makes an excellent soil amendment and can be recycled as a slow release nitrogen fertilizer in gardens, flower beds, yards, fields, potting soil, and plant beds with thorough watering. Used Smelleze® that is exposed to hazardous or toxic substances should be disposed according to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Recycling Precaution
If Smelleze® is exposed to hazardous or toxic odors or pollutants, it will be considered as such and should be disposed according to all relevant local, state and federal regulations and not recycled as described above.
